Prior to joining Rancho Santa Fe Insurance, Bob has over 15 years of experience in developing and managing strategies specific to the luxury real estate, hospitality and golf industries. Bob previously worked with international real estate sales & marketing organizations including Playground Destination Properties, An Intrawest Company and S&P Destination Properties representing the launch of new resort properties in the U.S., Mexico and Caribbean. Under his leadership, Bob was instrumental in shaping the vision and DNA of domestic and international resort properties and creating custom strategies that resulted in over $800 million in sales revenues. Bob also has extensive experience in the areas of hospitality and golf industries having worked in various capacities with brands such as Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Trump International, The Ritz-Carlton, Westin, RockResorts and the PGA Tour.
